This wave engulfed this ledge which about fifty metres from the bottom. -

Nice picture, what sort of Cam corder are you using, I operate a Sony HVR Z1P. As standard not the camera of choice though Redrock Micro systems manufacture matt boxes and lens converters that allow for attachment of prime lenses and much more. Q2. what editing platform do you use?

Awesome image Bugman. Fluid meets immovable object or so it would seem. A breaking of fluidic chains of epic proportions. Must have been awesome to be there to witness the beautiful violence that is mother nature.
