The Music Flows  Seve Deschamp is based in Scarborough Western Australia and has been writing and performing for well over a decade, fronting the bands TCELLS, A Bone of Contention and most recently Seveno ( 7’O ). He is an avid surfer and is currently the Education Officer and Head Coach at SWA (Surfing WA).
