While there were strong northwest winds whipping all day long which made it uncomfortable for spectators, the waves held up nicely for the Eastern Surf Association’s (ESA) third contest of the season which was held on Sunday, December 18 at Howard Futch Park at Paradise Beach.  The scattered peaks throughout the day provided something for everyone to have fun on even though full suits were required.
