Luke Shepardson has conquered the HIC Pro Junior 2012, at Waikiki, in Hawaii. The event is part of the 11th Annual Duke’s OceanFest and got underway in 1-3 foot surf. The 40 surfers managed to pull high scoring off the lips and 360 spins, despite the small surf conditions. As the day progressed the waves dropped and the Queens break gems were scarce. In a hard fought duel, Luke Shepardson from the North Shore of Oahu found himself on top.
