My name is Raymond Wheeler, and I live in Playa del Rey, California. I grew up here for over 40 years, moved away for a while, and then got back. In the past, we had one of the best surf spots in Souther California. Today, I have a dream. I’m trying to reinstate an old contract the Surfrider Foundation received from the State of California to build a sandbag reef that can restore an old surf break.
