Julian Wilson conquered the 2018 Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast, in Kirra, Australia. In an all-Australian final, Wilson kicked off the pro surfing season with a bang and defeated fellow countryman Adrian Buchan. The first event of the World Surf League (WSL) 2018 Championship Tour (CT) delivered spectacular wave riding conditions for the final day of competition.
