The best female surfers in the world have tasted the power of Restaurants, as the 2014 Fiji Women’s Pro enters Round 4 in four-to-six foot (1.5-2 metre) surf. Laura Enever shone as the day’s highest scorer, combining tubes, turns and lip attacks to secure an overall heat total of 18.84 points against Sally Fitzgibbons and Paige Hareb. “I think it’s so new for us to be surfing here in Fiji. That was my first surf at Restaurants and I thought, I just need to catch a wave and see what happens on it,” says Laura Enever.
