A marriage proposal in a hot air balloon ended up in the waves, in California. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. It was supposed to be just another beautiful afternoon near Cardiff-by-the-Sea. The surfers were enjoying the last waves of the day, under a magical sunset. Suddenly, the line-up felt there was something wrong with a hot air balloon drifting a few meters up in the sky. Inside the balloon basket, Eric Barretto had proposed to his fiancee.
