The third Annual Conference in Surfing Medicine will be held at Mullaghmore, County Sligo, Ireland, between 9th-13th September, 2014. The European Association of Surfing Doctors (EASD) will be taking surfing medicine to extremes. The unprecedented North Atlantic swells of our recent winter boosted big wave surfing in the Old Continent. Waves of immense ferocity and magnitude were cast upon the shores of Western Europe. The danger factor increased incommensurably.
