Europe’s first public surf pool will open on August 1st, in the green Conwy Valley, in Snowdonia, Wales. Surf Snowdonia will feature the world’s first Wavegarden artificial wave pool. The world’s first proper inland surf lagoon will pump a two-meter high barrelling wave. The ride starts at the centre of the surf pool, peels perfectly for more than 150 meters, and dissipates softly as it hits the shore, and right in the eyes of a 50-meter glass-fronted viewing gallery.
