American Media buys Surfer Magazine

American Media announced the acquisition of Adventure Sports Network (ASN), the owner of Surfer Magazine. The American publisher founded in 1936 purchased 14 adventure and sports titles from The Enthusiast Network (TEN). The deal also includes the management of the Dew Tour, a skate and snow extreme sports tournament.
