This was the first series held at Churches Beach, Camp Pendalton San Clemente CA on May 27-29, 2011. Spy surfers Torrey Meister and Mike Losness were invited to surf this contest. MIke Losness won this event beating out Kekoa Bacalso, Mitch Coleborn and Roy Powers. This was one of the best surf contest that I have ever attended. It was all about the beach life. It had an a good mix of well known surfers in it and even Kelly Slater showed up. I look forward to the next event in Ventura in Sept.
