Brazilian powerhouse Bruno Santos claimed the Perfect Chapter 2015, a tube riding contest held in Carcavelos, Portugal. “Bruninho” replaced the recently deceased Ricardo dos Santos and was able to honor the memory of his fellow surfer with a flawless performance in the barrel. Santos truly was the man of the event with a total final heat score of 18.65 points. “I had never surfed in Carcavelos but I came here with the videos of last year’s edition in my head. I flew with an image of Carcavelos and ended up confirming it. It was amazing to be able to replace Ricardinho and represent him with dignity,” expressed Bruno Santos.
